What are your customer service policies?
Call during business hours and we will be happy to assist you. Emails are
generally answered Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm MST. Please allow 24 hours
for a response. Fetish Falls does not send unsolicited email. We do not
share or sell your information with anyone. Orders and shipping information
are sent to you via email, so if you have spam protection on your email, you
may want to add our web address to your list of email recipients.
Do you have a Catalog?
Our catalog is on our website.
Do you offer discounts?
We are happy to offer quantity discounts to you! Call to get more information. Discounts apply to merchandise only, not to shipping charges.
Do you have a minimum order?
Unlike other places, Fetish Falls does not have a minimum order requirement. You can order 1 item or 100. We are here for you!
How do I place an order?
You may order by phone, fax, or the web.
What is the delivery time?
Most orders are shipped via first class or priority mail 2-3 business days
after your order is received. This applies to Hair Falls on the Ready to
Ship pages and most accessories. As we do many shows, occasionally we do run
out of items - if your item is out of stock - I will email you with the
estimated ship date to make sure this works with your schedule.
If you need your order shipped via Next Day Air Mail – we can do this. The average charge for next day for a single pair of Hair Falls is an additional $15 on top of the shipping charges quoted by the cart. To speed up the process – please note that you approve the $15 charge in your comments section. Orders placed before 12 noon MST can be shipped out that afternoon – otherwise they will go out the next day. This only applies to USPS orders – and not all zip codes have true next day delivery. You can check the USPS web site to see what your delivery time will be for a Next Day Shipment. If you need your item sent UPS or Fedex next day – the charges will be at least $30 on top of your shopping cart shipping charges. (1 pound to most locations is For custom made items production can take from 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year and if the materials are in stock. Call us for rush orders and we will do all we can to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
What is your return policy?
Fetish Falls hair accessories are custom made and therefore are NOT returnable. We do accept returns for damaged, defective or hair pieces created in error. No returns will be accepted without phone authorization. Due to health code regulations hosiery and wigs are not returnable.
Additionally makeup on which the seal has been broken is also not
returnable.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We reserve the right to verify all credit cards before any order is shipped. The correct billing address information--where your credit card bill is actually received--must be provided on all credit cards as well as the "ship to" address if it is different. We also accept money orders, cashier's check and organization checks.
Do you accept Paypal?
No, we do not accept Paypal at this time.
How much will my shipping be?
US Shipping is based on $ amount ordered - The shipping table is as follows:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - I do ship internationally. I can not ship lighters internationally due to postal regulations. Your shipping cost will be based on the weight of your items. Cost for items will be quoted before your card is charged. Canadian shipping is often only a few $$ more than US shipping. Please remember - all prices are in US Dollars.
How do the hair falls attach?
We have 3 attachment choices for custom made hair falls:
The hair falls are built on a strong pair of elastic bands. You attach them to a bun or pony tail - like a decorative hair tie.
The falls are built onto a pair of medium size plastic jaw clips. These are better for medium hair – and are a bit easier to put in.
The falls are built onto a headband. This is great for people with short or no hair!
Are they reusable?
The falls are reusable over and over again. If they get a bit smoky smelling from the club, just air them out or spritz them with a bit of Febreeze. If your elastics wear out, you can return them to me and I will reattach to new elastics for free (you pay shipping).
I saw you selling something at a show, but I can't find it on your website – what do I do?
Despite our best efforts - not all items are on the site. If you would like to order something you saw at a show, email me and we’ll either add it to the site or set up arrangements for the order.

Do you do wholesale orders?
